Urbanovo is the largest wine festival in continental Croatia, which takes place in Štrigova in the newly renovated Štrigova Cultural Center.
Urbanovo begins with the Pushipela Festival, where winemakers from the Society of Vintners and Winemakers “Hortus Croatiae” present themselves with all their wines, giving you the opportunity to taste many wines that have won Decanter awards.
Urbanovo’s rich program continues with Open Cellar Days. On those days, all guests and visitors can enjoy the well-organized tasting rooms of the best Međimurje winemakers on the Međimurje wine road.
Urbanovo ends with the feast of St. Urban (patron of winemakers) with Holy Mass and forgiveness in St. Urban.
