For us, Carnivald days in Štrigova are the days of masked processions and jokes. The main masters take care of burning the culprit and asking for a good harvest and peace on the hearth. We gather in February in front of our village hall, masked and in the mood for going threw the village in procession. Children from the kindergarten also come, primary pupils as well, members of clubs and associations. When justice is served, we finish the procession and start with Carnival fest.
